Woollys MiMi gave birth to 4 very healthy pups on the 5/8/2010. Both MiMi and the pups are doing well, the pups are all traditionally marked. The pups father is Kevin Evans Mirk 272009, Mirk was the International Supreme winner in 2008. Thanks to Angie Driscoll from Kinloch Sheepdog who is an ISDS Registered Agent for Artifical Insemination, with out the service she supplies we would not have access to dogs like Mirk.

A lot has happened at Bauers Working Border Colllies over the last few months. Peta & I have been over to Wales to import 2 Border Collie pups Mist & Rees, we purchased these 2 pups in partnership with Jamie Sturrock of Craiglea Working Dogs.

Mist was purchased from a Welsh Hill Shepherd and was bred by Richard Millichap, she is by Taddymoor Cap who was Reserve International Supreme Champion 2007 & was 14th at the 2008 World Trial and is out of one of Richards up & coming young bitches Rose 295872.

Rees was bred by Kevin Evans in South Wales, Rees is by Spot 272008 who was 10th at the 2008 World Trial & is a member of the Welsh team at this year International Supreme and out of a young bitch Tina 295872 who is a full sister to Kevin's Gregg.

We have been lucky enough to be able to purchase another ISDS bitch that was imported into Australia by Margret Donovan. Bella 286003 was bred by Shirley Cropper from Lancashire England, she is by Beechwood Bob who was 3rd in the English National 2003 & out of Chloe Croppers bitch Lilly 264162, there is many more champions on both side of her pedigree. She was joined with Biralee Sonny & had a litter of two well marked boy puppys. She will be trialing with Peta next year and earning her keep working cattle.

We have recently purchased semen from Dewi Tweed 278783 International Supreme Champion 2009. Tweed is one of the best dogs I have seen, he has exceptional scope & is extremly athletic. While Tweed has proven his ability on the trial field, he also is a proven work dog in the hills of Southern Wales.
